• When I was younger, I wanted to be a preacher’s wife. I thought about it, dreamed about it, and hoped it would happen. Instead, God called ME to preach, and no one was more surprised. In fact, I questioned Him for two years, fearful about this calling. I ran from it and offered every excuse I knew. Finally, I submitted to God’s will, and I was in for a wonderful surprise. I found He knew me much better than I knew myself! I love what I do! I look forward every day to coming to the church. God’s calling has been a sweet flow of mercy into my life. I am still overwhelmed that He chose me. But, I find myself joyfully drinking in His mercy each morning. Has the love and mercy of God been taking you in a new direction lately? With the Master of Mercy leading the way, new possibilities are on their way. Look for them.
